After months of building, the product still has not been completed

Hello everyone, I was inspired by @Pie6k screen.studio that was only available for the macOS operating system. As a Windows user and with many requests I had seen for the Windows version, I decided to work on a browser extension version that can be used by anyone directly from the browser and unlike a one-time fee, I decided to work on a subscription model. I posted the idea in slack, reddit, indie hacker communities and received a positive response and people were happy to use and pay for the software.

But as I started my journey through the development, I faced lots of technical roadblocks that slowed down the development process and over time I faced burnout working on the project. I always convinced myself that it would be worth the time and effort if I completed it and put it out there, but I kept pushing the deadline and wasn't able to publish out the first version of the product.

After lots of frustration working in isolation, I thought of working on an initial landing page with a waitlist that could lay down the foundation of how the application would be and I could be more public about what I am working on in the hope that it would motivate me. But now when I finally completed the landing page, I just don't feel motivated anymore as the product is still far from the verge of completion and I am not sure whether it's worth the effort to push myself even more or if I should try to look for some different project to work on and change my strategy to me more lean startup, be more public and figuring out a way to work on a prototype first.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, if you wanna check out the website :- https://phia.app
