After reaching out to 120 creators… only 4 replied. But I’m still building.

Hey IndieHackers

I'm Sri, building ClueFrames, an AI tool that speeds up the pre-production workflow for YouTubers and faceless channels.

Why I’m building this:
As a YouTuber myself, I noticed creators spend most of their time on the thinking side:
• Research
• Scriptwriting
• Breaking scenes
• Finding stock visuals

Editing is NOT the bottleneck. Thinking is.

So I built ClueFrames to automate the thinking part.

What’s live in the current Beta:
• Research → Breaks down your topic with structured insights
• Script → Generates a YouTube-style script
• Storyboard → Converts script into scene-wise visual blocks
• Stock Media → Auto-suggests free stock videos & images

A few early creators tested it and shared:

“UI feels premium.”
“Adding stock videos directly is a huge relief.”
“All 4 modules work smoothly.”

Where I’m struggling:
• Getting creators to try the tool once
• Understanding which steps confuse users
• Identifying the features that matter most
• Improving flow & reducing friction

What I need help with:
If you can spare 1–2 minutes, please run ONE test project and tell me:
• Where you got stuck
• What felt slow
• What didn’t make sense
• What feature you expected

Happy to share my stack, metrics, growth plan, or mistakes if that helps anyone here.

Thanks,
