After some feedback for my landing page + general problem space

By golly, have I been lurking here forever and been properly envious of everyone having a go at making something themselves! I've finally carved out some spare time in my life and am diving in to learn a bunch and hopefully come out the other side with something folks get value out of.

The general problem space I'm looking at is helping software engineers, especially those further on in their careers, avoid burnout. This is something I've hit a few times in my work life and I'm seeing more and more of people I know bump up against it. My general thinking to helping is to build something that essentially sits in the "preventative care" side of the fence.

I've thrown together a simple landing page and would really love your thoughts an opinions on it. My goal of the page at the moment is to foster interest and get some waitlist signups.

I chose the specific idea talked about on the site as a kind of simple place to begin. This isn't the smoking gun, but rather something to help pull people who this resonates with together such that I can talk to them directly to understand their own challenges in this space. From those learnings, I'll continue pivoting until I am able to offer something of value.

So to you, dear reader, I'd love your take on what I'm building, my approach to building, and if you're willing to offer it, your own general experience with burnout in your software careers and what you found useful to help you through it (or wish you had done in hindsight).
