I realized most agencies don’t actually have a lead generation problem.
They have an infrastructure problem.
And that problem gets expensive fast.
I’ve spent the last few months building Senddot, an outbound infrastructure platform for agencies and outbound teams.
Why?
Because I kept seeing the same painful setup everywhere.
Typical outbound stack:
Monthly cost?
For many agencies:
$500–$1,500/month+ per client stack
And even after paying all that…
You still face:
This gets worse after client #5.
That’s where many agencies start breaking.
Not because their copy is bad.
Not because their leads are bad.
Because the infrastructure underneath starts failing.
That’s what led me to build Senddot.
Instead of stitching together 5–7 tools, Senddot acts as a unified outbound infrastructure layer.
It helps agencies and outbound operators with:
✅ Multi-account sending orchestration
✅ Smart sender distribution & rotation
✅ Deliverability-aware sending
✅ Campaign visibility across clients
✅ Automation via Zapier / n8n
✅ Scheduled sending & workflow triggers
✅ Infrastructure built for scale
One interesting insight from our pilot with a US client:
We ran two campaigns with nearly identical:
But results were very different.
The key difference?
**Infrastructure quality.
The campaign with better sender distribution and healthier sending architecture maintained significantly better engagement over time.
That was eye-opening.
It reinforced something I now strongly believe:
At scale, outbound performance is often determined less by copy and more by infrastructure.
I think this space is still underappreciated.
Everyone talks about:
Very few talk about the infrastructure layer.
But I believe that’s where the next big opportunity is.
Especially for agencies.
The agencies that win in the next 3–5 years may not just run campaigns.
They may own the infrastructure behind those campaigns.
That changes:
I’m currently opening Senddot for a small number of early partners interested in:
Would love feedback from fellow Indie Hackers:
What’s your biggest pain in outbound right now?
