Agencies ghost you after launch. Hiring devs costs $85K+. So I built DaaSy.

Hey IH! đź‘‹

I'm Daniel, and I just launched DaaSy – a subscription-based web development service.

The Problem I Kept Seeing

As an engineer at Triune, I watched small businesses get stuck in the same loop:

- Agencies charge $10-20K, then disappear after launch
- Full-time devs cost $85K+ salary + benefits + 6 months to hire
- AI tools are fast but ship broken code that doesn't scale

They had ideas. They had budgets. But no good options to actually ship.

What I Built

DaaSy = AI speed + human quality review

- $999/mo (beta price, normally $2K)
- Average 48-hour delivery
- Unlimited projects, tickets, revisions
- No meetings. Ever. Just submit a ticket → get it done
- 100% code ownership (Next.js, TypeScript, Vercel)

Where I'm At Now

- 487+ tickets completed
- 4 active projects (739c Inc., DDGK Studio, 16Match)
- 99.2% on-time delivery rate
- $0 spent on paid ads (all organic so far)

One customer quote that made my week:

> "It feels like having a $100K senior dev team on-demand – for a fraction of the cost." – Sarah Chen, COO @ 739c Inc.

What's Next

- Product Hunt launch coming soon
- Targeting US startups & SMBs
- Goal: 10 paying subscribers by end of Q1

My Ask

1. Does the value prop make sense to you?
2. What would make you trust a service like this?
3. Any channels you'd recommend for reaching bootstrapped founders?

Would love any feedback. Roast me if needed – I can take it. 🔥

The 'agencies ghost you, devs cost $85K+' problem is real. I've been on the other side – build my own MVP (TrendyRevenue, AI idea validation) and realizing how hard it is to get reliable dev help without burning cash.

Your model is interesting. $999/mo for unlimited tickets + 48hr delivery – that's aggressive. How do you prevent scope creep or clients abusing 'unlimited'? Do you have a definition of what a 'ticket' is?

Also, 487 tickets completed with 4 active projects – that's a lot. Are these mostly bug fixes or new features? Curious about the breakdown.

One suggestion: bootstrapped founders (like me) are scared of recurring commitments. Maybe offer a '1-month trial with money-back' or a project-based option to build trust first.

Congrats on the organic traction. $0 ads is impressive

This is a super compelling offer, especially in a market where “affordable dev help” usually means low-quality or unreliable. Your positioning hits a really real gap: founders need speed, but they also need code that won’t collapse the moment they grow. Most solutions only deliver one or the other.

The blend of AI speed + human review makes the value prop click instantly. And the “no meetings, just tickets” part is honestly underrated — async is a huge selling point for busy founders.

What really stands out is the traction: 400+ tickets completed and a 99% on-time rate is the kind of proof people actually care about. It’s not theory, it’s execution.

For trust-building, case studies and short breakdowns of real tickets could go a long way — founders love seeing exactly what gets delivered. And channel-wise, you might find gold on places like founder Slack groups, Webflow/Framer communities, early-stage VC newsletters, and anywhere DIY builders get stuck.

This feels like the right offering at the right time. Excited to watch it grow.

Agencies often disappear post-launch and hiring developers is expensive, so building DaaSy provides a reliable, cost-effective, subscription-based development solution that ensures consistent support and long-term project stability.
