Agile Delivery Newsletter

New here, but hoping to truly 'build in the open' with this new project I'm starting, so here goes!

I've been an Agile Delivery Manager/Scrum Master/ Product Owner for a number of years now. I've worked with a selection of the FTSE 100 and S&P 50, and I'm now working at a London-based unicorn startup, learning how to grow at speed.

I see a lack of high quality advice and case studies of good agile delivery, and it's something that is massively important to lots of different companies. I'm looking to start a newsletter to grow an audience, before potentially monetising this in a few different ways - productised service, monetised newsletter, book, etc. Going audience first after failing to find a market for previous products.

I'm currently deciding between substack v ghost v mailchimp for my platform - any advice on this appreciated!
