Hey Indie Hackers community,
I've developed something I think might resonate with the bootstrapper mindset here and would love to get your thoughts.
The problem: Too many great product ideas fail because they solve the wrong problems, target the wrong markets, or skip validation - issues we've all seen (or experienced) in the indie/micro-SaaS world.
My approach: I created an AI-assisted methodology that guides you through systematic discovery, validation, and execution. It applies proven frameworks (Lean Startup, customer development, Jobs-to-be-Done) through structured AI collaboration.
Think of it as having Rob Walling or Steve Blank coaching you through every project phase, but available 24/7 through your AI assistant.
I've open-sourced everything: https://github.com/HappyNomad/ai-assisted-project-management
Specifically interested in feedback from this community because:

Also happy to demo it with anyone who's working on something and wants to see how it applies to real projects.
Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences if anyone gives it a try!
I am lost in my project, so lets see what this can do
