AI-based co-writer in writing various documents

With the advent of AI, various types of assistants have been developed for different professions, from drivers to programmers, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). These advancements have also led to the creation of AI co-authors, allowing for collaborative document writing. Several products, like Notion, have already integrated this technology into their platforms. However, a common challenge lies in effectively utilizing these tools - users often need to understand how to input prompts correctly in order to generate desired outputs. This process may not be intuitive for those unfamiliar with the technology, especially non-experts.

What we want to try to change

To tackle the challenge of writer's block and support users who encounter difficulty initiating a document, we aspire to implement user-centric and straightforward features. Through the integration of an AI-driven "magic button," individuals can access prompts or recommendations to inspire and facilitate the commencement of their writing endeavors seamlessly. This creative strategy is designed to enhance the experience of users who find it daunting to start from scratch, providing them with a convenient and efficient method to embark on their document development process.

What a first step we've already taken

We have developed an MVP to test a hypothesis and would love to share it with the community to gather feedback. We welcome your opinions on every aspect, from the conception to the UX and user experience.

What our MVP already knows how to do:

• Solve the white paper problem - just set a title and a small description of what the document is about and get the content and outline of your document
• Use AI-based tools when you write your text - improve your writing style (if you're not a professional copywriter), or just highlight your points and ask them to write a coherent text with a single button
• Or paste a piece of text from somewhere and smmarize it into a thesis statement (which again can be rewritten later)

And you don't have to write washes and stuff, you just work with the text, with a normal editor, you just have additional buttons that help you to write it

What kind of community help is needed

To further develop and improve the AI-based co-writer tool, we are seeking community help in the form of testing and feedback.
