I've been building MORPHOICES for about a year, and one thing has become clearer to me over time:
AI isn't really the bottleneck anymore.
We can generate ideas, research, copy, plans, code, and content incredibly quickly now.
The harder problem is keeping all of that connected as the project evolves.
A typical project might look something like:
idea → research → AI conversations → decisions → planning → creation → validation → launch
The outputs are easy enough to produce.
But the reasoning between them is much easier to lose.
Why did we choose this audience?
Why did we change the positioning?
What assumption led to this product decision?
If that assumption changes, what else should be reconsidered?
Most tools can store the resulting documents or tasks.
But the connective tissue between them often ends up living in the founder's head.
That's the problem I'm becoming more interested in.
I don't think the answer is simply adding another AI tool, another dashboard, or another place to store information.
The more interesting question is whether AI-assisted building needs a better underlying structure for preserving context and decisions over time.
One idea I'm exploring with MORPHOICES is that the decision chain might be more important than the document itself.
Not just:
"Here's what we decided."
But:
"Here's why we decided it, what it depends on, and what might need to change if the assumption changes."
I'm still testing whether this is actually the right abstraction.
But it has changed how I'm thinking about the product.
Maybe as AI makes creation cheaper, structure becomes more valuable—not less.
Thanks for following the journey.
MORPHOICES is being built in public—one idea, one workflow, and one iteration at a time.
