One thing I've noticed over the last year:
AI dramatically increased my development speed, but it didn't increase my testing speed.
As a solo founder, I'm currently building:
I'm also handling infrastructure, deployments, and constantly improving the landing page.
With AI agents, I can build features much faster than before. Sometimes it honestly feels like having a small engineering team.
I still review the code myself to catch architectural mistakes and questionable decisions, but implementation is no longer the bottleneck.
Testing is.
The faster I build, the bigger the testing backlog becomes.
I can either:
It feels like AI solved one bottleneck and exposed another.
Are other founders seeing the same thing?
How are you handling testing?
Would love to hear what actually works in practice.
