Running a company means wearing a ridiculous number of hats.
Sales. Marketing. Operations. Hiring. Accounting. Finance.
You can use ChatGPT or dozens of AI tools to help with individual tasks, but you still end up being the person connecting everything together.
So I'm building Noevvo.
The idea is simple:
One platform. Multiple AI departments. One shared company context.
Sales — SDR, CRM, Outreach
Marketing — Branding, Ads, SEO
Operations — Projects, Vendors, Processes
People — Recruiting, Onboarding, People Ops
Accounting — Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Reporting
Finance — Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A
A solo founder could use multiple departments to run their business.
A 20-person company could start with just Sales or Marketing.
A larger company could deploy one AI department alongside its existing team and expand from there.
The interesting part is that I'm not trying to build six separate SaaS products. The underlying platform is the same: shared context, memory, integrations, permissions, orchestration, approvals, and audit trails. The departments are modular layers on top.
I'm currently validating the idea before going too deep into development.
The question I'm trying to answer is:
If you could have an AI department take ownership of one function in your company tomorrow, which would you choose?
Sales, Marketing, Operations, People, Accounting, Finance — or something else?
And more importantly, what exact work would you want it to do?
I'd love to hear what founders here would actually delegate to an AI department.
