AI-powered content services?

Has anyone come across a PS that uses AI generated content, blending machine (draft) + human (edit)?

I've seen great AI tools like https://contentyze.com/ and http://headlime.com/, but both are DIY apps, and I'm looking for DFY (done for you). I'm searching for something more economical and more efficient than the fully human-powered services (ex: https://audienceops.com/)

In other words, is there a content agency out there which can produce a high volume of content for me at low cost, based on topics I feed them, that's a hybrid of AI + human? Built-in SEO optimization is a huge plus.
