All in one app/site vs Small apps/sites/extensions doing one thing very well: Any thoughts? What do you prefer?
What do you prefer to build or use, larger all in apps like Facebook and Snapchat, containing chats, stories, images, feeds, games and more ? or smaller apps and extensions doing one small thing very well like Loom or Facebook Messenger or a Tab management chrome extension ?
I prefer small apps, that do their job well.
Example: Things, Onetab, Pocket.
I have used to-do’s that were full of features, but in the end I wanted something that was on point without the extra baggage.
I agree, In that scenario it's better, what do you think about social media apps vs something like WhatsApp or Signal ?
Whatsapp is pretty solid, but privacy and tracking appears to be the problem. I haven't used Signal tbh.
