All-in... to this project... KaoJai.ai 💚🤖

Quit my 7-year run at Agoda — and more importantly, I quit being a full-time employee. No more 9–5 grind. I’ve jumped headfirst into building KaoJai.ai 💚, an AI chatbot I’m convinced can be ridiculously good at solving real business problems.

My network run many small-to-medium business in Thailand... whether it’s a indoor ski lodge ⛷️, laundromat 🧺, clinic, or sports field 🏸, this bot’s designed to help them, and hope they would let me introduce this tools to them... to be the teammate they didn’t know they needed.

Right now, I’m not selling — I’m collecting problems and testers. If anyone ever thought “AI could cut my workload, but I don’t know where to start,” that’s exactly where I come in. Call me your “IT guy next door” who actually shows up to help.

Two years is my runway limit: if I can’t make it work by then, I’ll return to a FTE job.

Until then, no regrets. I’m betting on myself, building something I love, and declaring it loud: the Era of Me 🏴‍☠️ starts now.
