Sounds cool, but that will be 4am Monday morning for me, so no-go for me unfortunately.
I've organized similar things before (language learning) and timezones are always a pain to work with.
At the same time, feel free to reach out to me if you wanted to have a chat with someone from another part of the world and see what we are working on and maybe collaborate, how that sounds?
