Alright, Who is using Zoho One for their business?

It amazes me how many people are using so many other SaaS or other all-in-one business apps when Zoho is available at $37/mth with access to everything one would need for their business.

I do get the shock at first sight though from how to connect and make everything work together seamlessly, but starting at setting up one app at a time should make it a bit easier.

What's your experience with Zoho One? Do you have experience with Creator as well (kind of like bubble.io)?

What is the downside of someone using Zoho's apps? I ask because if billion-dollar companies and solopreneurs alike are using it, I wonder why aren't more people/small businesses using it?
