Am I the only one with this problem? Biased discussions in meetings.
At almost all the meetings I have attended, the person who said something first or was the most extroverted has strongly biased the discussion. I perceive this as a big problem, as it suppresses valuable opinions and data. Especially for zoom meetings.
Therefore I have built the following landing page:

I've also had some traffic from Indie Hackers, but nobody seems to be interested in this problem. Am I the only one who perceives this as a big problem?
I think the person who starts the meeting is usually of a higher post so depending on how safe the other employees might wanna play it, they might agree with them. In my opinion it's more of a result of how supportive the person in the higher post is and what the office culture is
Thank you, Syed! I really appreciate your input. Let's assume the person who starts the meeting want's to collect unbiased, diverse feedback and ideas to find the best possible decision. In such a case, would it be a good thing to ask everyone to write down their opinion somewhere, before the meeting starts, and then let everyone reveal their opinion simultaneously? So that everyone can give unbiased feedback (and isn't influenced by others)?
I don't see how your app/site work just from the landing page. I don't want to sign up just e to find out how it works. It is a replacement for zoom but with additional features?
