That's amazing, Brett. When did you start on this journey? I am guessing you had an audience that was already built that you could tap into or did you grow that as you worked on Design Joy?
Congratulations Brett. After first hearing you on the pod, I still can't get my head around how you manage to stay on top of this as a one-person agency. Are you continuing to up your prices, and therefore increase your rev per client? Or do you still have the same number of clients and you've automated more processes? Mind-boggling.
I'm also curious about the automation and systems piece of how you've managed this!
The YouTube video with you and Chris Do made me join Indie Hackers and think about creating a service similar to yours but for software development. Thanks for the inspiration and insights!

I previously read that its just you working at DJ.
I had a productized design and copy biz a couple of years back and it got clients out of the gate. But I just couldn't keep the pace with the workload.
I'm not familiar with DJ pricing but even at the higher end, how do you keep up with what you've got to do?
For example DesignPickle have a lot of staff (outsource) and I imagine they still push to keep up.
So whats the secret? A shedload of coffee will help I think?
