What did you do to "get serious" and changes made the most impact
I was not sure what I was working on at first, just trying to sharpen my web development skills; something to add to my resume. Each time I open this project, I was always trying to narrow it down to a real problem (especially the one I face). It became a casual personal booking app. But what if I make it open so anyone can join: this is when it got serious, then I started working on it full time.
