Amazon Affiliate Sites

Hey everyone have two questions around Amazon Affiliate sites.

1. Is it possible to sell the products your Amazon affiliate site promotes? So you can get the affiliate commission and the margin on the product? Are there any resources that show how to do this?

2. I had an idea for a service that connects smaller e-commerce stores with affiliate sites that had their commissions slashed by Amazon. Does anyone know of a company that does this already? If you own an affiliate site would you be interested in a service like this?
