Amazon Honeycode – Build Web & Mobile Apps Without Writing Code

No coders may like or may be not.
But as a indie developer I feel it might burn someone's pocket.
It might be a thing to worry if a micro small team of indies are building something similar.

I'm curious to hear what no-coders think of this.

its pretty ugly and doesn't do much yet. Google had a more advanced product they sunsetted recently.

Excellent idea. Only if they make it simpler. It looks like no code site for developers.

Is it like Airtable but uglier?

I used it this morning to see how it works. At its current state,I don't think it fits for a real -'NoCode App Building' at all. Atleast for Indiehackers, it won't be of much help to build REAL apps.

This feels similar to Microsoft's Power Apps and isn't something that, in its current implementation, feels valuable to me for building SaaS products. It's pricing model just screams "Use me for your internal Enterprise tools instead of that horrifying spreadsheet."

Pricing tiers is based off number of records per workbook (db table)
Per user cost is $9.99 per month

Targeting Excel users sharing spreadsheets? Can't see how Indie hackers will find it useful.
