Amazon shows up in my website analytics

Can someone answer me this as its a bit of a riddle to me. I am looking at my google analytics and I am seeing some traffic coming amazon.com
What has me puzzled is, I don't sell on amazon and I cant find my service listed on it either, so how can I be getting traffic from there.
Any ideas?
Thinking it's maybe traffic from AWS servers and not necessarily from Amazon? Just a guess really, seems to be fairly common for AWS owned IPs to show up in logs as Amazon.com (quick web search on that one). Probably a bot, or perhaps you have some monitoring service that could potentially be coming from an AWS box?
Maybe its an amazon employee browsing your site.
