Amp-lify anyone?

Hello developers!

As a Frontend newbie, I’m still learning a lot about Frontend UX. I am talking specifically about AMP, I have mixed feelings about this. on one end this is intended to make webapp “faster” but primarily pushing by Google, makes me wonder how many have adapted this ? or at least considered it.

The major reason to consider it from me is that google’s nepotic behavior of promoting ‘amplified’ website.

What do others think about it? I’m curious
