Amplitude: How do you track what times/days sessions are happening most frequently?

Hey all, I've been completing Amplitude's Product Diagnostic Worksheet and under the Sessions section, I'm trying to determine which days/times our AI personal sommelier wine scanner and marketplace app (www.sippd.com) has the most sessions. Using the sessions chart, I can see by day only over a 7 day period but not by hours. I've also tried in the events chart but that is based on events that we specify rather than total sessions.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
