An AI launch stack that is not twelve forms on Monday

For AI products I keep seeing founders over list. Twelve forms on Monday. Same one liner everywhere. Then they measure success by how many badges they collected.

What actually moved the needle for me was sequencing, not volume.

First, EarlyHunt or another weekly AI or indie room for human attention. Seven days to reply and fix the pitch. That is the spotlight, not a form dump.

Second, one AI directory coverage pass. TAAFT plus one more if needed. Not three separate launch mornings pretending to be Product Hunt.

Third, evergreen comparison listings for best tool for X queries that boards do not win.

Fourth, Product Hunt last on its own day after the one liner already survived a quieter room.

Three to six real events beat a hundred dumps. If a board is just another clone and you have no unique copy left, skip it. Same facts on every listing so models do not invent a third product. Unique angle per board so humans do not feel spammed.

That is also why I built Product Hunt Alternatives as launch board only scoring, and Best Launch Platforms for the wider board vs directory picture. Independent editorial. No paid placement. I use those pages so I do not reinvent the stack every launch.

If you ship AI, what is your stack right now. Hunt board, directory layer, or both?
