An alternative approach to building projects from scratch

Hey IHackers,

When I initially launched ThriftMVP my plan was to help makers and tech founders make cash out of their failed projects.

I am now pivoting this project and instead want to:

1. Help makers make a living out of building projects
2. Help makers skip the boring boilerplate process of building projects and instead get a head start by building on top of "reusable project templates"

But I like building from scratch

You'll still be able to enjoy the creative process of building but also have these additional perks:

1. Skip boilerplate code
2. Ease API learning curve. See how APIs are integrated in the respected frameworks (stripe, twilio, twitter api, etc.)
3. Continuous project maintenance

I was planning to make these templates myself and price them super cheap for starters (for example $5 per project) but now I am thinking a free approach with community support might be the better way to start this.

A https://buildinpublic.com clone, initially as open source for people who need to build a project using the twitter API. Feel free to clone the repo, make a PR or join on the discussions!
