An App for people building in public?

I've been really inspired by the building in public movement that's going on lately. After seeing the website https://buildinpublic.com reach top place on product hunt the other day, I started to think about an idea for an app that would help people stick to building in public.

It would work like this:
People would sign up to the app using there twitter account, once logged in there would be a feed page with a list of all #buildinginpublic tweets, a members page, where people could very quickly follow other people on twitter, without having to leave our app, a post page where they could post to twitter, the app would send out timely notifications to remind users to post and there could be a streak page which would show the top posting users.

The advantage of the app would be that people would quickly be able to connect with other people on twitter building in public, get reminded to post and stay on the ball

Any thoughts and feedback would be much appreciated.
