An app to manage yourself

My product is an Android native app for managing information about contacts, as well as tasks and appointments. But I use it myself to manage my whole day.

I use it to schedule appointments with customers or business people and also personal appointments. I create tasks to remind myself to call someone, or pay a bill. I use it to make calls through to people, or load up Google maps information. Add photos to tasks or notes. And I can see all 3 of my google calendars within the app while also showing my tasks due in the same view.

When I get behind on things, I change the view to Today & Overdue to see what I've missed.

The way it is different to other Todo apps is that it uses a Person centered workflow. But also allows for custom Folders. So the top hierarchy of categorizing is either a contact or a folder.

The product market fit shows it is mostly used by sales people, but I'm wondering if others would also use it as a general life organizer? If not, what would it need to be useful for everyday use?

The app costs USD$6 to unlock all the features. But for Indiehackers, if you like it and buy it, I'll refund the cost. Just message me your email address if you buy it.

    Looks nice, just downloaded it.

    Couldn't see where to unlock features and what features to unlock.

    Also, some custom folder where added which I can't figure out how to delete, and contacts with notes are not shown if every task has been delete.

      Sweet, thanks for the feedback Stephen.
      There are 2 items to unlock;
      Custom folders $2
      More than 3 active contacts being used at once $4

      To add / edit or delete a Custom Folder - from the Task Edit/Note edit window;
      Expand the extra 3 dot menu “…” (the overflow menu), then tap Edit Custom Folder to add or rename an existing folder. Or press the red Trash icon to delete. Press the top back arrow when all done. The new Category will show up in the Categorize box.
      Here's the full guide and under this section is about editing Folders:

    Just checking if there was any further advice regarding using the app?
