An idea I'm surprised doesn't exist yet - Digital ad inspiration

So for a little while, I have been exploring creating Facebook ads for two of my businesses, and not being a marketer I've wanted to find Inspiration the same way that I find inspiration for websites that I design and develop. There is an insane number of websites out there that aggregate and tag websites and designs for inspiration, but nothing really for digital ads.

The idea I've been thinking about is a site/community that would aggregate a collection of ad inspirations.

Users could log in, either upload an ad they found inspirational and add tags to it or upload an ad that they created. If the user created the ad then they could also provide information such as budget, audiences, and results data to help others in the community. Users would be able to share and collect these ads to inspire them and create their own ads.

For some reason, I don't think I've seen anything like this. I've found two sites: swiped.co, and swiped.co both of which are collections of ad inspiration but the site curates the inspiration. This would potentially result in higher quality content but I think that this takes the choice away from the user. Then there are also a number of sites that for a fee give you access to their "swipe file", most of which are probably just pdf files. There are also sites like ads of the world which is mostly video/traditional media and Pinterest which was one of the first places I looked.

It's entirely possible that I've just been looking in the wrong place. If so please let me know.

What do you think about this idea? Would it be useful to you? What features would you look for?
