An Ideal PRD for Web Analytics

Which analytics tool do you think is near-perfect?
I extensively use quite a few web analytics products like GA, Heap, and Fullstory.
And to date, I haven't found a single product that is almost perfect. Thus thought to jot down what I feel is an Ideal PRD for Web Analytics.
