Surrounding yourself with the right people is key. I spent too much time in isolation for fear of looking stupid in front of others. When I finally reached out to others, my productivity, creativity, and knowledge improved massively. You really can't underestimate the importance of mentors / community.

Really liked this. Michael comes across as really down-to-earth and just a genuinely nice guy. I like that his advice is actually doable. Too many Indie/founder stories I read advocate ridiculous working strategies that only lead to burnout. Thanks for sharing this. I've taken away at least a few tips I can implement straight away.
