An Open Lab : Hardware Sharing Platform

I just want to share my thoughts and get your opinion.
I buy a lot of hardware things just for a test.
I have tons of things what i don't use like arduinos, modules, technical books, etc...
I'm thinking to share them for free. For students, someone who just need them for a while. If you need an arduino for example you can get it just with a shipping cost. This information will be saved. After finish your tests with it you should mark it available again. Then you should send it another one if requested.
What do you think about the idea? I didn't prepare a landing page or something else. I'm just thinking about it.
The contractual side/deposits/payments/deliveries will have to be solid, I'd look into nuances on how to do that.
I would look in facebook, facebook has many university groups that focus on particular courses, especially given what's happening a lot of students won't be able to afford hardware to play around with. Maybe look at your closest university online.
