Analytics recommendations?

Hi Everyone! I am looking for something that works as an alternative to Google Analytics. I am currently finishing a web app that tilts towards decentralization so having Google there looking at how users are using the app is kind of a contradiction.

Ideally, i am looking for something very basic to measure usage more than anything. Not looking to self host, just something that tracks usage anonymously.

Any recommendations are appreciated. Bonus if its tooling made by another fellow indiehacker
