Redesigned the interface on my product and made a video to communicate the value proposition. Does this do a good enough job?

The video could be a lot shorter and the music is incredibly annoying. The text looks amateurish. It communicates your value proposition, but I would still take into consideration those aspects.
+1 to Luqa's comment. I might be wrong, but it seems like you were going for the charlie-chaplin-esque/silent movie era?
Use overlays instead of dialogue boards in between clips. Definitely cut it short.

You could write some copy for a voice over and get it spoken at https://voicebunny.com/
That should shorten the video and remove the need for the text interstitials

Get rid of the music. Make the video less than 30 seconds. If you can't show the value in less than that, it will be hard to win anyone over.
