I'm currently live-tweeting my idea validation process. I'd love to get some collaboration in generating ideas on ways to validate and next steps.
My process is to identify what are the biggest unknowns about the idea. Usually this would be a) do others have the problem? b) how do I reliably reach potential customers? c) is there a willingness to pay? Then I go deep until I realize the idea is bad or I'm satisfied with the answer then I move to the next unknown.

In an hour, I learned that there is a funded competitor with 100+ customers confirming market and willingness to pay. To do: figure out if there is a way to differentiate or niche to compete with them.
