Here's my website: https://hanzihero.com/
I would appreciate feedback most specifically on the copywriting, but if anything else seems off feel free to roast!
Right now I only have three bullet points. I would love some example landing pages that sold you; what are some products that you use?
The target demographic is those learning Chinese.
Thanks!
I love it! I would say the whitespace is not consistent throughout the page. It starts off with a lot of blank space and ends up a little more cluttered as you scroll down.
Great design! A lot of creativity in the design and the assets. As already mentioned, there is more white space all over the website. This comment is meant to point you to a good post for copywriting.

With this, I know you will improve the copy 10x considering your creativity already.
Had a quick look through the copy, here's a couple of thoughts:
"Know what each means, looks like, & sounds." I think this sentence is missing some nouns. Might read better as "Know what each character/radical means, looks like, and sounds"
"Easily recall through an intelligent map of story elements." Again think you're missing a noun here -- "Easily recall characters..."
More generally, I'd recommend pushing the spaced repetition angle more than the mnemonics angle as SR is a peer-reviewed method for learning characters whereas mnemonics don't really work on a large scale in my experience (I don't know of any literature to back this up though!)
Similar apps like Pleco (Chinese focused) and Anki (SR focused) take this approach so I would definitely look to them for examples! Good luck :D
Thanks for the feedback! Beefing up the SRS explanation portion does make sense, instead of leaving it as one blip.
I would say the main differentiator (or bet we're making) against Pleco/Anki and our app would be the mnemonics, as they help significantly with remembering all the different parts. Still, SR is such an important part of how this system works that playing it up more makes plenty of sense. Without the SRS component it's not really a "turn-key" solution to learning Chinese. Also getting social-proof through the publications helps with the sale, as SR does have research to back it up.
So I appreciate this feedback, as it reveals that the main copy of "Know what each means, looks like & sounds" doesn't convey what I wanted: how powerful I think mnemonics are. I say "mnemonics" a sentence down but, as you reveal, I am not backing up my claim and don't really have anything to back up that claim at the moment other than my own experience. I'll need to figure out how to fix that angle and show what I mean... but in the meantime talking more about the SRS would give me extra credibility, so thanks!
You're right in that there aren't many studies/literature on mnemonics. There's a rich history on using associations (method of loci) to build up a strong memory. It would be an interesting blogpost to write, so thanks for the idea!
Super welcome! I think this is a great product and really look forward to following along with it -- I'm a Chinese learner myself so please feel free to shoot anything by me if you think of use to you :D
I do like the design. The first sentence confused me a little
Putting (also called hanzi) in parens like that seems to make me not read the "and vocabulary" part or at least confuses the sentence. It's very minor, but maybe just refer to it as Hanzi throughout the rest of the copy instead of having to tell me that I can call it that.
That's my two cents.
Thanks for the feedback! Agreed that it's off. The reason I've done it this way was because I thought that "hanzi" wasn't a common enough term, but you're right: there's more than enough context/room to make an implicit connection between hanzi <--> chinese characters
"More than 3000 Chinese characters" was "below the fold" for my browser-window size. So once I read the "Learn Chinese the easy way" header, all I saw was whitespace beneath, and no indication that I should scroll down. (I only scrolled down because you had primed me with the knowledge that there were three bullet points, so I knew to search for more.)
too much space under "How? Mnemonics!"
I really like your site. The header message is clear and short - well done. The sections are also well described. On the other hand, your documentation page looks 1000x better. I don't know where you got the pictures from but they are just epic.
There is one thing though: as far as I understand you have built many features into your product to learn Chinese better/faster/more efficiently. Maybe you emphasize more the benefits for your customers on the landing page instead of feature list. Like: how does your SaaS help me to learn Chinese faster? - I save 3 hours a week learning time with your system.
Hope it helps.

Hi Mitch! I appreciate you reaching out to see if you can help with the copywrite, but unfortunately we do not have any way to pay for your services anytime soon (need to create the company, etc), so I don't want to waste your time. Thanks for checking in!
