Also made a todo list 'app' using Carrd and some Vue.js in the background - this saves your items in your browser's localStorage, so the items persist even if you refresh or close the browser and come back (unless you clear cache).

I'd recommend Adalo and if a robust backend is needed use Xano. I've built one like this before.
