I'm working on a SaaS platform called Experiential Learning Tools which helps companies run remote professional development sessions. We've got some decent traction and decided to start an affiliate programme (using Rewardful for that). We launched the programme last week and so far.... no takers. Any advice on growing an affiliate programme? Specifically how do we raise awareness of it but not dilute marketing efforts for promoting the main product/direct sales?
If it helps our target customer is L&D departments and/or independent training organisations.

I have done some affiliate marketing with a previous company. I believe this are the most important points:
Identify Ideal Affiliates: Seek affiliates with experience in the L&D or training industry, ensuring they align with your target audience.
Promote Internally: Leverage your existing customer base and network to find potential affiliates who are already familiar with your product.
Measure and Optimize: Continuously track affiliate performance and adjust your program as needed to maximize results without diluting your primary marketing efforts.
Especially for us the second point was the most important. Indeed, if a customer use your product and they like it they can sell your product better than new affiliates.

be careful of the payment fraud. People who are invited use fake credit cards to subscribe but you can't charge them successfully.

What kind of businesses do these potential affiliates run? For me, that's the question. Who are they and, given that, how much are they diluting their own business efforts to push your thing as well?
I guess my other thought is that you maybe don't have to push it. Let it sit and see what develops over time.
Yeah I'm willing to wait it out, not going to kill the affiliate approach this quickly because I do think there's value in it.

Do I get it right that you're product is B2B? If yes, I think that's the main reason.
Affiliate marketing is not very effective in B2B scenario. Cause it's usually an employee of your customer that's using your product. What's the employee's incentive to get bonuses for his/her employer :)
