Any advice/help on starting out with freelancing? 💥

First of all don't chase the work. Make these gigs come to you.

As a freelancer starting out they'll be many things to temp you to go down the easy road. Notably freelance sites like Upwork, PPH and the likes. They are a quick shot and you may make some quick money.

BUT you're at the behest of the platforms algorithms which favors top sellers. And they will take an exorbitant amount of money for work that you do. You not them.

From my own experience they will GRIND YOU DOWN.

The way to do it from the very start is to set up your own lead gen system. This will bring clients to you so you can work with them 1 to 1. No middle men. No platform making money off you're back.
