Any advice on getting more wholesale/b2b buyers for e-commerce brand?

Any e-comm brands here that can advice on pitching and converting wholesale leads? I've been running a jewelry business for the past year and have had some decent success with sites like Faire but it's painfully slow to wait for them to discover you. Everyday I cold email a handful of boutiques that look like our current buyers with no luck. I've signed up for other B2B marketplaces but that hasn't yielded anything either.

Is there a better strategy? Anyone crack this problem? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
