Any apps like Google Hangouts but with zapier integration for scheduling?
Ok so I'm interested in starting something that would require me to video conference with about 8 people at a time, and could integrate with Zapier to allow people to schedule a time for a particular video conference and for billing. Are there any apps that can do it?

Thanks for that. I’m hesitant to use something where they have to download software, prefer a solution that uses webrtc instead, any ideas?

At my daily job we all work with this tool now (85 people). Used to be Skype but Appear does a great job when it comes to remote working and discussions.
Acuity with billing option and confirmation + reminder emails sent with your own room within Appear In. Also adjust setting to allow multiple people to book at the same time.
If you don't want the attendees to download software, you could use join.me which integrates with zapier.
Generally speaking, I think you should be looking more for presentation/webinar software rather than video chat software. They all have a video chat component these days, but they also have scheduling and a bunch of other features you might want to use.
If you know a webinar software that does what i need im all ears. The reason I thought I would go this route was many webinar seminars dont allow 9 video feeds at once
I'm not sure how many webinar tools support 9+, but join.me does (it can handle up to 10).
