Any automatic CRM software for SaaS?

Hi IH, I hope you are well.

I'm looking for a CRM software, but not like traditional CRM software (like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)

What I want to do is to automatically get contacts (customers) from the user base (database) and run the process as automatically as possible.

Is there any software that can do this? Is this a big problem?
