I would also upvote for twitter. there are also getmakerlog.com and wip.co and it's also pretty interesting places for indies to share their progress.

Twitter is a vast community that provides an excellent platform for connecting with indie hackers and solo builders. I have successfully built connections with numerous kind guys and gained over 1800 followers in the last few months by building in public on Twitter.

How do you use twitter? My experience so far is nobody sees my tweets except a couple dozen people that I know IRL so it feels like posting into the void (I've tweeted maybe 100 times so far), had better experiences posting on linkedin tho.

Hi Mogan! I recommend checking out Product Hunt. Users can upvote, comment, and share each other's products. There's also a homepage leaderboard where products compete for the top spots. A good tool to gain exposure, receive feedback, and connect with others. I use it daily, let's connect there. ;)

Hey @MorganKung, if you're looking for 1to1 accountability, you can check out Codum.cc. It's a community of auto-didacts and solo-builders (mostly junior).
As initiator of Codum I may be biased - sharing where helpful :).
Hey Morgan, curious to know what you're hoping to find or gain by joining other communities. Are you seeking the networking aspect, accountability, or something else?
While there are numerous communities out there, I think the value you derive from being a member largely depends on what you're looking to achieve (community-member-fit?!).
Twitter is a good place to find alot of indie hackers.
I found it very true when I tried to connect to my target (e-commerce), it's hard to find some but hackers are all over the place.
Reddit has alot of subreddits dedicated too, worth the shot to try there too.
