Any creators here using TrustPilot or other review websites to increase conversion?

I'm looking to chat with creators who use TrustPilot or something similar.
I have website - https://www.ProsperCircle.org, where we are self reporting customer reviews https://www.prospercircle.org/resume-cover-letter-linkedin-service
However, would love to hear your experience with TrustPilot.
The pricepoint for such companies does not look SMB or creator friendly.

Spam could ruin it for you on TrustPilot. I wouldn't do it early on. I did it before, I can't get who posted hundreds of fake reviews. If they do, good luck getting Trustpilot to take it down.

TrustPilot's verified customer integrations is better. And have a strong process that only asks for reviews when they are likely positive.
This flow should receive the review first and only direct the user to TrustPilot if they are satisfied.
TrustPilot has a free tier, they just hide it.

Did you tried capterra they allow to list for free and charge you for traffic they generate.
Capterra is mostly for software reviews. Unless I am mistaken.
I'm looking to promote career service. Would capterra work for that?
