Hey @imranK congrats on launching
the website design is cool. one thing I'd change is to make your CTA button: Get a quote smaller
I'm also designing a small project, would be great to hear your feedback!
Hi @felix12777, nice to hear the feedback. I'll definitely check out your project.
For starters, having a bit faster page doesn't mean that your page can improve SEO, speed is just one of 200+ factors and it's not even that speedy that could be.
I am looking your landing page and judging by that, I hope that those pages you are making are not done like the landing page.
Looking your page source, I am missing a point why you have full bootstrap and fontawesome css sources in-lined directly on page, usual practice is to include the css files. Bootstrap can be cleaned, there are pages and services that can remove all not used codes, you could remove about 60-70% of that css weight easily. Same for fontsawesome, for those few icons you are in-lining the bunch of unnecessary overweight. Definitely could be done more to be "SEO-friendly", and not sure what you mean with "We help you live your dreams", it's total fluff and filler text without any meaning. I would say much more on copywriting and claims but I don't want to sound too harsh, let's just say that you need second look both on frontend and backend.
Agree with @generationAaya -- it's definitely a bit wordy.
It's also really unclear to me who your target market is. Content marketers and people in need of a simple static landing page? If you're a full-service dev shop, the "we don't use databases" thing is weird, and probably a turn-off to most enterprise clients who think "data" is really important.
The whole JAMstack thing is also confusing. The whole site comes across as an advertisement for JAMstack without actually telling me what it is. Tell me you build static websites that are fast, and then when I understand that and want more information, tell me how you accomplish it.
Aside from the above, the landing page is nice! Design and colors are good and I think it's a good length. If you have examples or clients you've worked with, that's probably more interesting to people than the tech-stack. I think a lot of agencies get that wrong -- clients don't even know what Node.js or Firebase or Gatsby is (and they don't care). Clients are not software engineers.
Maybe too much text here? Bullet-points with 'Read More' might help? :)
"By definition, JAMstack is an alternative approach for building websites - the JAM here stands for JavaScript, APIs, and Markdown. For you, it means faster websites with better SEO ranking capabilities and happier users overall.
We build them using battle-tested technologies like GatsbyJS, Hugo, Contentful, Netlify, and other headless CMSes.
No database means no time-consuming multiple queries. Static sites are faster sites, even up to 10x
Going static also means better ranking possibilities, what equals more traffic and more $$$.
Static websites with no plugins or databases are like a fortress. Plus, more secure site means fewer security expenses.
Headless CMSes let you build a website that is both easy to use and customize freely.
Traffic bigger than usual? Not an issue here. With JAMstack marketing websites uptime is anytime. And doesn’t cost a fortune"
