Any founder who had hired a product designer?
I am also a product designer looking to rewrite the website's homepage. But, I am not sure what problem a product designer solves.
I know a designer designs the products, but I want to know your perspective and problem before hiring a designer.

I think a product designer can help you understand what your users want and how they interact with your product. They can also help you with the layout and design of your website.

I don't understand, in your first sentence you say you're a product designer. Then later you say you don't understand what a product designer solves.
I know what a product designer do but, but it's my perspective!
