Any good ad networks for global traffic?

Hey,
I have a website (SaaS) with around 10k MAU and 100k page views. I'm currently running AdSense on it but the earnings are a complete joke.
I tried applying to Monumetric and Ezoic but I got rejected from both, because I have global traffic and my website isn't a blog.
Do you know of any alternative ad networks?
