Any idea how to make a video like this?

I'm wanting to create some videos like this for my landing page but have no idea how to do it outside of expensive tools like after effects / premiere etc.
Is there anything out there I'm just not finding?
Features that I'm looking for
- the zoom / pan effect to highlight features
- having the demo in a browser window on a nice looking background
I think screencastify would do the trick?

I think you can try with Loom.com or just use OBS to record what you need and then use e.g. Adobe Premiere or iMovie to edit this video. Some time ago I recorded a video for our landing page --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4PH_0VRiS4
