Hello, I'm a web/mobile developer and i'm looking for a partner with good business idea to work on. i'm working now in a Dev company from home (remotely), so i have enough time to work in parallel in other project.
so does anyone have an idea and he want to make it real? or anyone of you know a place where i can find people with fresh ideas?

I went through some of it. I am working on a concept similar to one on your list. Delivery service for grocery stores to compete with Amazon. Working on the driver part.
Sadly, I have not. Thru my career, my main focus has been my corporate job.
ive got a local business idea which i could fund most of, it involves selling advertising space in a magazine. i could provide support for free and pay most, if not all the print cost. all you have to do is sell advert space and distribute thousands of magazines which can be outsourced later.
