Any Indie Hackers doing canary deployments? How are you managing your deployments?

When I worked at a large company, it was fairly stress free to release code because we had canary deployments and incremental rollouts. Now that I'm starting to gain a good amount of DAU, making deploys is seeming daunting as I don't want to break something and lose traction with my early users. How do you manage this?
